IWant to Eat Your Pancreas ( Kimi no Suizou wo Tabetai) is a novel by Yoru Sumino, published by Futabasha in June 2015. A live action film adaptation of the novel was released in August 2017 under the title Let Me Eat Your Pancreas. Theending was a shock, because it's definitely not how you expected it to go, but that's all I will give away. My reason for 4 stars is that I wish it would have been longer just to build a connection to the characters and their emotions. I Want to Eat Your Pancreas is told from the point of view of an unnamed boy. He is a morose loner who Iwant to eat your pancreas (an alternative ending) Decisions, we make hundreds every day. If Sakura had decided to go to the Cafe instead of going home first her short life would have been a little longer. Author's note: After watching this film I expected the usual cliché ending. I wasn't prepared for the shock towards the end of the film.
